Crash Replacement Guarantee

If your Defender Harness is involved in a vehicle collision, we will replace it — and we’ll cover shipping both ways.

Here’s exactly what that experience looks like:

1. If a crash occurs, reach out to us at contact@optimusgear.com.

2. Send proof of the accident so we can verify the claim.

3. Share details about the crash and your experience. The more information you can provide, the better. When we examine the returned harness, we look at how and where the load was taken. This helps us continue improving the product and contributes to the safety of other dogs.

4. Use the return label we provide to send the harness back to us.

5. We send you a replacement harness free of charge.

This program applies specifically to the Defender Harness when it has been involved in a vehicle collision.

For manufacturer defects unrelated to a collision, please refer to our standard product warranty.
