Built, Packed, and Shipped with Care

Every order is handled by our team here in Canada.

Because many of our products are made and assembled in-house, your order goes through a build and quality check process before it ships. This ensures everything arrives ready to perform the way it should.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within a few business days
  • Most deliveries arrive within 7-12 business days, depending on location

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.


Delivery

Packages are delivered during regular business hours.

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required on delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

International Orders

For orders outside of Canada and the United States:

  • Shipping rates vary by destination
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply
  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer
