Built, Packed, and Shipped with Care

Every order is handled by our team here in Canada.

Because our products are made and assembled in-house, your order will go through a build and quality check process before it ships. This helps ensure everything arrives ready to perform the way it should.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within a few business days.

Most deliveries arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location, the products ordered, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Canada & U.S. Shipping

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Canada

Defender Harness System orders include free shipping within Canada.

United States

Defender Harness System orders over $250 USD qualify for free U.S. shipping for a limited time, including DHL Express when available at checkout.

We use DHL Express because it offers fast delivery, end-to-end tracking, professional customs clearance, and responsive customer support.

We also prepare the required customs documentation for eligible Canadian-made products to help support a smooth border crossing.

Any import charges, duties, taxes, or carrier fees determined by U.S. customs or carriers are separate unless clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery

Packages are delivered during regular business hours.

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required on delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Accessory-Only Orders

Accessory-only orders, including leashes, collars, handles, and other smaller items, may not qualify for free shipping unless the order meets the required minimum shown at checkout.

Available shipping rates will be displayed before payment.

International Orders

At this time, standard checkout is available for Canada and the United States.

For orders outside of Canada and the United States:

Shipping rates vary by destination.
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) by default.

Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in your local currency. Final charges at checkout will reflect your selected currency.
