Processing & Delivery Times

Defender Harness Systems

Defender Harness Systems are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Because we manufacture and prepare our products here in Canada, your Defender may not ship the same day your order is placed.

Before shipping, each system goes through production, inspection, and final quality checks.

Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Accessories

Accessory orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Canada & U.S. Shipping

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Canada

Defender Harness System orders include free shipping within Canada.

United States

U.S. Orders

U.S. shipping is currently available on a limited test basis. Duties and import taxes are estimated and collected at checkout using the product’s customs classification and country of origin. During this testing period, Optimus Gear will cover any unexpected difference in duties assessed after purchase. This does not include charges caused by an incorrect delivery address, a refused shipment, or a customer-requested change after shipping.

Delivery

Packages are delivered during regular business hours.

For higher-value orders, a signature may be required on delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Accessory-Only Orders

Accessory-only orders, including leashes, collars, handles, and other smaller items, may not qualify for free shipping unless the order meets the required minimum shown at checkout.

Available shipping rates will be displayed before payment.

International Orders

At this time, standard checkout is available for Canada.

For orders outside of Canada and the United States:

• Shipping rates vary by destination.

• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply.

• These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
