3. Size Up as They Grow – When they outgrow their harness, send it back, and we’ll ship the next size up.
4. Sustainable & Affordable – We use pre-loved or visually imperfect harnesses for the growing stages.
5. Final Harness, Brand New – Once your puppy reaches their final size, they’ll receive a brand-new harness in the color of your choice.

Program Disclaimer

A repair fee of $80 will apply to harnesses returned with unusable damage to the front or back panel beyond repair. No costs will be associated with damage to shoulder straps or body straps.

💡 Crash Replacements Are Always Free! – If your harness has been in an accident, we’ll replace it at no cost, no matter how far along you are in the Puppy Growth Program.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

All in-stock items ship on Wednesdays. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

For out-of-stock or custom-made products, you will receive an email with an estimated timeline within 72 hours of placing your order.
